Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
Arrived damaged or defective? Email us a photo and we'll send a free replacement — no questions asked.
Changed your mind? Full product refund once we receive your return. Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging, case, cleaning cloth, and accessories included. Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
Email us at support@lenslyshades.com within 30 days with photo or video evidence of the issue. We'll send a free replacement. All orders are quality inspected before dispatch.
Return within 30 days in original condition. Once received and inspected, we'll issue a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Allow 3–5 business days for inspection after your return arrives. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible. Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories will be rejected.
